Here are some easy steps to get you started using t18n. It's really easy if you have any experience with Java web applications. Anyway, this step by step guide should be all the experience you need right now.

1. Download a copy of Tomcat server. If you are under Windows, grab the ZIP distribution, I find it simpler to install
2. Download the release of the t18n WAR demo.
3. Uncompress Tomcat in any place you like
4. Find inside Tomcat a directory named "webapps"
5. Drop the t18n WAR file in there
6. Goto Tomcat bin directory and launch startup
7. Point your favourite web browser to http://localhost:8080/t18n-${version}-demo/demo.shtml
